David Royce, LMFT (MFC #93572), is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles. He specializes in the treatment of individuals and couples struggling with challenges related to attachment, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, bereavement, and substance abuse. His therapeutic style is warm, empathic, yet direct and sessions are designed to be culturally sensitive, collaborative, and tailored to meet the needs of each unique client.

David has been working in the mental health field since 2010 with a private practice located in Century City. Furthermore, he’s contracted to conduct group therapy for a number of different facilities throughout Los Angeles. His specialties include individuals, couples, families experiencing substance abuse, as well as post traumatic stress disorder.

Through the therapeutic process, I aim to know and understand the authentic you.  As collaborators, we can explore your hopes and fears, unlock what might be holding you back, and free you from old habits and patterns. I have experience in several therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT). Depending on your particular set of needs, I custom tailor our sessions to match your goals.
